Don’t ya just love sunny spring days, I know I do! Outside with friends and family, bbq’s, a few drinks … ahhh it doesn’t get any better than that!
And then just quickly, what the boys have been creating with their Bionicles. Some are the ‘official’ ones and some are their own creations.

Phew, what a day …
First of all, I got a job, Development Officer for Scouts ACT Branch … argh, now I really have to get myself organised!
Then at lunch time, Jordan & I went for a visit to the highschool and had a look around. Jordan was so excited about the things that he will be doing, he just can’t wait. Which is fantastic!
After school we thought we would go to the library, Jeanette and the kids joined us, and in 5 minutes Chloe fell over and split her head open .. blood was everywhere. A bit of juggling, we take her little brother with us, and Jordan goes with them to help look after the baby. Within an hour they were back, glued head and all! We had some takeaway, a beer and fun with the kids outside!
Phew!
Oh yeah, William also brought Iggy home for the weekend, so he had to come to the library as well, and help return the books!
Then our fun this afternoon … love days like this (although could have done without the split head!)

Those of you who know Jordan, would know how much he absolutely adores baby, and actually how good he is with them. I think baby-sitting is going to be his part-time job! We are just working out the mechanics of how old he should be! Actually I would love your thoughts on this, he is almost 12, and quite responsible. I had a bit of a look around on the forums etc, and most people agree that 13 or 14 is a good age to start, although many did say that 12 would be ok!
Anyway, we had some friends around after school today, and of course we had a baby there too. Jordan is besotted with James …
And then William had to get in on the act, I think he likes it when he isn’t the ‘baby’ …
